T’ai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art. The gentle exercise form consists of making slow, graceful movements with guidance by the instructor. Many who practice T’ai Chi have noticed balance and flexibility improvements, knee and back pain relief, increased breathing capacity, enhanced mental focus, and a significant reduction in stress and anxiety.
There is no charge for T’ai Chi classes for our members. Be sure to consult with your doctor or health care provider about whether T’ai Chi is right for you and learn more about the potential benefits of this deeply relaxing practice. Then, join us. The joy of T’ai Chi awaits you.
