Nursing Home Alternative
This program offers long-term in-home care provided by nurses, personal care attendants, and professional caregivers; Ideal for those who are eligible for nursing home care, but who would rather live at home. Income guidelines apply.
Personal Care
Help with Daily Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, and Light Housekeeping
This program is designed for those with physical and/or mental impairments whose doctor has deemed in-home personal care services necessary. Income guidelines apply.
Veterans Program

In-home assistance, care, and support is available to help those who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces remain healthy, comfortable, and happy in the comfort of home.
Lighthouse Program
In-Home Mobility, Hygiene, Nutrition, and Light Housekeeping Support
A broad range of extended supports is available in this personal care program designed for medically-eligible individuals aged 60+. Fees are based on a sliding scale according to income.
Private Pay Program
Hourly Pay-Per-Service Program for Non-Income Eligible Individuals
